- Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
- Notes Content: All notes, text, images, and content you create within the application.

- To provide, maintain, and improve the Kagami service.
- To sync your notes across your devices.
- To authenticate your identity and protect your account.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your notes are stored securely in our database and images are stored in Cloudflare R2, an encrypted object storage service. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in operating the application (e.g., hosting, authentication).
- When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete your notes at any time from within the application. Deleted notes are moved to trash and permanently removed after 30 days. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us.
6. Cookies
Kagami uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that track you across websites.
